Monica Dobbins joined Compass in 2022. Her focus is single-family homes in the Florida Suncoast region, but her passion is helping people feel at home. As a mother and military spouse, Monica knows firsthand how stressful it is to pack up your life and relocate over and over, and that experience sparked a passion for helping neighbors in need – especially spouses and military families. Monica loves doing what it takes to earn someone’s trust and become their advocate.
